Terms and Conditions ("Terms")

These Terms govern the use of services provided by MyShippingPartner ("the Company") to the client ("the Client") for the procurement, shipping, and delivery of products ("Goods") as requested by the Client. By utilizing the services offered on this website, the Client agrees to abide by these Terms.

Service Description

The Company offers a shipping service wherein the Client provides a screenshot or details of the desired Goods from their shopping cart or retailer, and the Company facilitates the procurement, shipping, and delivery of the Goods to the Client's designated address. The service fee includes insurance, transport, procurement, delivery to the door, and pick-up from a mainland UK address. Currently, only orders from Mainland UK will be accepted; however, exceptions may be made on a per-order basis.

Customs Clearance

The Company shall handle customs clearance procedures for the Goods.

Company's Rights

The Company reserves the right to:

  • Cancel orders involving dangerous, prohibited, or restricted items/products according to EU regulations.
  • Delay shipping due to unforeseen circumstances. In such instances, the Client shall not be entitled to an explanation for the delay.
  • Cancel orders at its discretion and refund the payment without providing a detailed explanation.

EORI number

In addition to the existing Terms and Conditions outlined above, the following requirement is hereby incorporated:

Exporter Information: The Client acknowledges and agrees that the supplier (exporter) must possess a valid EORI (Economic Operator Registration and Identification) number. The EORI number is a mandatory identifier for customs clearance procedures and is required for the proper facilitation of the procurement, shipping, and delivery of Goods.

By utilizing the services offered on this website, the Client affirms their understanding and compliance with the necessity for the supplier to have a valid EORI number. The Company reserves the right to refuse or delay processing any requests from suppliers that do not meet this requirement.

This requirement is considered an integral part of the agreement and is binding upon both parties.

Shipping Restrictions

Goods will only be shipped to one address specified by the Client but can be collected from different addresses upon prior arrangement.

Responsibility and Intermediary

The Client acknowledges and agrees that:

  • They assume all responsibility for the purchase of Goods.
  • The Company acts as an intermediary, facilitating the shipping process, and shall not be held accountable for any issues related to the quality, condition, or authenticity of the Goods.

Quotation Expiration

All quotes provided by MyShippingPartner have an expiration period of 14 days from the date of issue. After this period, the quote shall be considered null and void unless otherwise specified in writing by the Company.

Fees

In addition to the services provided, MyShippingPartner may charge fees related to packaging, handling, or other incidental expenses depending on individual situations. All applicable fees will be clearly outlined and included in the quotes provided to the Client. These fees may vary depending on the nature of the Goods, shipping requirements, or any additional services requested by the Client.

The Client acknowledges and agrees that by utilizing the services offered by MyShippingPartner, they accept the responsibility to review and understand the fee structure provided in the quotes. Any queries or concerns regarding the fees should be addressed prior to agreeing to the services.

MyShippingPartner reserves the right to adjust fees as necessary, with any changes clearly communicated to the Client before the services are rendered. Continued use of the services following fee adjustments constitutes acceptance of the revised fee structure.

Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to delays, damages, or loss of Goods during transit.

Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from or relating to the use of the Company's services shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the European Union, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Modification of Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify, alter, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the service after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Returns

MyShippingPartner.com shall function solely as a buy for me service. If the client is not satisfied with the product or wishes to return it for any reason, an email subject 'return' should be sent to sales@myshippingpartner.com. The process will follow the European Laws concerned. The goods purchased shall only be returned through the company (myshippingpartner.com). Return charges may apply, which shall be borne by the client, within a time frame that allows for returns, as dictated by https://europa.eu/youreurope/citizens/consumers/shopping/guarantees-returns/index_en.htm.  The Company will not assume responsibility for the outcome or process of returns.

However, the Company may, at its discretion and against a cost borne only by the client, assist in facilitating the return process. It is important to note that the Company reserves the right to refuse the return of the item.

The client acknowledges and accepts that any issues arising from returns, including but not limited to refunds, replacements, or disputes, fall entirely outside the scope of MyShippingPartner.com's responsibility and liability.

This clause stands as an integral part of the agreement and shall be binding upon both parties.

By using our services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
